All dishes are handmade by The Cocky’s Wife using seasonal, home grown produce from our kitchen garden and showcasing our incredible local growers from the Central West of NSW.
Inclusions on our All-Inclusive ‘Stay & Play’ Dining Packages
- A gourmet breakfast basket served either to your suite or in our guest lounge. Each basket is curated to reflect the seasons and includes bircher, porridge or cereal, house made sour dough toast, spreads and a ‘dish of the day’ such as egg and bacons tarts, pancakes or waffles.
- Complimentary local teas, French Press and Espresso coffee, hot chocolate, local milk and juice.
- Complimentary in-room minibar stocked with a selection of our favourite local beers, wines and non-alcoholic beverages.
- A guest pantry stocked daily with fresh baked ‘smokos’ for morning and afternoon tea plus fresh fruit, cookies, tea, hot chocolate and espresso coffee.
- A two course ‘Ploughman’s’ lunch featuring cold meats, cheeses, dips, home made breads and vegies. In addition, in summer we serve fresh gourmet salads, frittata or quiche and in the colder months we serve up some soul warming dishes like dahl, soup and stews. Of course a selection of delectable desserts and fruits is always on offer to finish!
- Group exclusive bookings include formal cocktail hour with pre-dinner canapes and aperitifs served either at our sunset lookout or in the chesterfield guest lounge.
- Three course chef’s dinner at The Shearers’ Quarters each evening and dining under the stars, fireside or in our historic woolshed for multi night bookings.
- Premium local beverages from our Cocky’s Choice selection featuring hand picked drops that are all Australian and almost exclusively from our local wineries, distilleries and breweries in Griffith, Orange, Mudgee and Dubbo.
